- SERVICES PROVIDED
1.1. Welcome to the Track Adversary Infrastructure Challenge ("Challenge"). By participating in this Challenge, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate. - CHALLENGE DATES
2.1. Start Date: 30/04/2025
2.2. End Date: 30/05/2025
2.3. The organisers reserve the right to adjust dates with prior notice. - Eligibility:
3.1. The Challenge is open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
3.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if underage.
3.3. Residents of countries where participation in competitions (with or without prizes) might be restricted (e.g., China, Brazil, Russia) must ensure compliance with local laws. - Registration and Participation:
4.1. Participants must register through the official Challenge platform and provide accurate information, including a valid email address.
4.2. This email address will be used for communication with participants and will also serve as the login to access the tools required to complete the Challenge.
4.3. Only original submissions will be accepted. Plagiarism or AI-generated content will result in disqualification.
4.4. During the Challenge, you will submit your answers ("Content") to tasks provided by the organisers in a format that allows for verification of the answers' validity.
4.5. By submitting your Content, you grant the organisers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display and perform such Content in any media or format, for any purpose, including commercial, marketing, and product development. Your submissions help improve our threat intelligence and research products, and we appreciate your contributions to the cybersecurity community. - Prizes and Payments:
5.1. Prizes will be awarded based on merit, determined by participants' scores on the CTFd board, as judged by the organisers. If a participant fails to comply with the rules, they will forfeit their prize, and the next eligible participant, based on the score ranking, will take their place.
5.2. Winners must provide necessary tax information and comply with financial regulations of their country on their own.
5.3. Prizes are awarded as non-monetary gifts in the form of crypto assets, provided by the organisers or sponsors. The value of crypto assets may fluctuate, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.4 Prizes may be paid via cryptocurrency (USDT), though the centralised exchange (CEX) at the discretion of the organisers. Winners are responsible for providing a valid wallet address, and the organisers are not responsible for any loss or transfer issues once the prizes has been sent.
5.5. Organisers are not responsible for transaction fees, network delays, or wallet compatibility issues, any other transaction issues. - Compliance and Legal Considerations:
6.1. The Challenge will adhere to relevant laws and regulations in jurisdictions where it operates.
6.2. The Challenge is based in New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved under its laws.
6.3. Participants from regions covered by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. We only collect data that is necessary for providing personal access to the Challenge platform and for sending promotional information via email.
6.4. Any attempt to manipulate the competition results will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action. - Privacy and Data Protection:
7.1. Participant data will be collected and stored securely in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection laws.
7.2. We collect and store data while utilising existing data protection measures available within the Netlas.io system. The primary method of communication will be through email to provide access to Challenge platform, Netlas.io platform and RST Cloud data.
7.3. Personal data will only be used for Challenge-related activities and will not be shared with third parties without consent. - Amendments and Termination:
8.1. The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided to participants.
8.2. The Challenge may be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified accordingly.
8.3. The Challenge is provided on a gratuitous basis; no monetary or alternative compensation shall be owed to Participants in the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification.
8.4. The Organisers shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes, or technical failures). - Code of Conduct:
9.1. All Participants shall adhere to standards of professional and respectful behavior throughout the Challenge
9.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive conduct, whether verbal, written, or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
9.3 Participants shall not engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or any form of cheating, including but not limited to: submission of plagiarised or artificially generated content, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities in the Challenge platform.
9.4 Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and/or removal from the Challenge at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
9.5. Severe breaches may warrant further legal action where applicable. - Contact and Support:

10.2. The Organisers will endeavour to respond to legitimate inquiries in a timely manner but provide no guarantee of immediate resolution.
10.3. The Organisers shall not be held liable for any failure of communication resulting from incorrect participant-provided information or technical disruptions beyond their control.
